All such responsibilities lie solely between the buyer and the seller.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frenzy Brands Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Frenzy Brands Inc. in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frenzy Brands Inc., its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. This includes any disputes between buyers and sellers on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
